Frank Elterman, D.O.
Dr. Elterman is a graduate of Midwestern University (The Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine). He trained in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center (a Teaching Hospital of Case Western Reserve). He is Board Certified and has been practicing in Naples since 2016. In 2020, Dr. Elterman started his leadership role as Post-Acute Medical Director of POP, supervising and managing all practice within our skilled nursing, assisted living and independent facilities. He currently holds privileges at Physicians Regional, Naples Community Hospital and Physician’s Regional North Hospital. Dr. Elterman and his wife live locally with their beloved dog Finnegan. They are avid divers and enjoy the beach life.
Holly Dagney, D.O.
Dr. Dagney attended Juniata College, then Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she met her husband. She is Board Certified in Family Practice and practiced in the Midwest (southern Indiana) for over 25 years before moving to Naples in 2016. Dr. Dagney grew up in rural central Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys golf with her husband, making greeting cards and stamping. She also has 2 cats who she adores!
Moises Exposito, APRN
Moises Exposito is a licensed and experienced Nurse Practitioner. He was originally a physician in Cuba specializing in Surgery and Intensive Care. Moises immigrated to the US more than 10 years ago and worked his way up to becoming a Nurse Practitioner locally in the Physicians Regional Healthcare System. His focus was on Emergency Medicine, Critical Care and General Medicine. Moises earned 2018 Nurse of the Year Award at Physicians Regional Healthcare System – Collier Campus.
Jessica Burke, APRN
Jessica Burke is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with 5+ years of experience in inpatient, post-acute, and outpatient settings, as well as pain management. Prior to her career as a nurse practitioner, she spent four years as a registered nurse in Orlando at a level 1 trauma center.
Genesis Flanagan, APRN
Genesis graduated with a Masters in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. She has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Naples since 2016 and prior to that was a Registered Nurse at Naples Community Hospital. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She was born and raised in Naples and enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband and daughter.
Jonathan Michaelis, PA-C
Jon attended Florida Gulf Coast University for his bachelor’s then went on to complete his PA education at Nova Southeastern University in 2018. He joined Premier Inpatient Partners in 2019 and worked as a hospitalist advanced practice provider, primarily at Physicians Regional campuses. He joined Prestige Outpatient Providers in the summer of 2022. He continues to hold privileges at both campuses of Physicians Regional and Naples Community Hospital. Jon and his wife, Liana, live in Fort Myers with their baby girl and 3 pets. They enjoy board games, travel, and spending time with friends and family!
