Prestige Outpatient Providers is a privately held, physician owned, and provider operated group. Dr. Frank Elterman has served as the Post-Acute Medical Director and an active Physician in our group since it was started in 2020. We provide services to residents within Assisted-Living, Independent, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care facilities across Lee and Collier counties. The group consists of five compassionate providers that are supported by a dedicated administrative team. POP partners and works closely with a local hospitalist group, Premier Inpatient Partners, to ensure continuity of care is always maintained throughout our patients’ hospital stay. Our goal and commitment are to provide quality, effective, and compassionate care to the facility-based population amongst Lee and Collier counties.
